Vedic Meditation Course at Noosa Flow


Join Laura and learn the effortless practice of Vedic meditation. Taught in 4 x 1.5-2hr sessions over four consecutive days, you will learn how to naturally and easily dissolve stress and fatigue from the body, so you can experience greater wakefulness, calmness and creativity. With transformative Vedic wisdom woven through each session, you will leave the course inspired with your new daily practice, and supported by a community of local meditators.

4 Session Course

Session 1 - Thursday - 1pm-2:15pm OR 2:30pm-3:45pm (FULLY BOOKED) OR 6:30pm-7:45pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Session 2 - Friday - 5pm-6:30pm

Session 3 - Saturday - 1pm-3pm

Session 4 - Sunday - 1pm-3pm
