Vedic Meditation Morning Course

Learn Vedic meditation in four short sessions. Dissolve stress and fatigue, gain greater clarity, energy and confidence, and awaken to your innate state of creativity.


Session 1 - Tuesday - Choose a time for your private session (60min). Upon signing up for the course, you will be sent an email with the available time slots. They start at 7am with the last session starting at 8pm.

Session 2 - Wednesday - 9:30am - 11:30am

Session 3 - Thursday - 9:30am - 11:30am

Session 4 - Friday - 9:30am - 11:30am

LOCATION: Private studio in Elwood. Address will be given upon signing up for the course.
