The Biology of Belief

If you are what you believe, then you have the ability to change what you are through what you think.

Negative thinking is a self-limiting behaviour programmed into our subconscious usually from very young age. It’s in our childhood, when we have very sponge-like-minds, that we absorb and learn ‘right way to live’ through others. These experiences create our habits, tendencies, thought patterns and also set up the framework for how we see ourselves and our role in the world.

Becoming aware of your thoughts is the first step to deprogramming your habitual mind. Next is shifting your thinking to evolutionary thoughts - thoughts that support your innate creative unbounded nature and even have the ability to alter your physical structure.
