Hello and welcome! I’m Laura, a Vedic meditation teacher here to support you in learning how to reduce stress, live from the heart and become more confident and capable in daily life. For a decade I have been practicing and studying within the Vedic wisdom tradition - a 5000 year old body of knowledge on how to live a full and expansive life. Over the years, my great teachers have taught me how to pass this transformative wisdom on and I’m now based in Melbourne sharing this in a very accessible, practical and relevant way. The major negative effect of traveling? Jet lag. Our bodies were not designed to travel such long distances in such short times. The good news is the following tips will greatly minimize if not eliminate jet lag all together.
When darkness comes, embrace it with open arms. When the shadow is revealed, bring it into your light. The pain in our hearts is the feeling of realisation. That possibly we’re not as free as we once thought.

Negative thinking is a self-limiting behaviour programmed into our subconscious usually from very young age. It’s in our childhood, when we have very sponge-like-minds, that we absorb and learn the ‘right way to live’ through others.
