Advanced mantra
After your initial course and with twice daily practice of Vedic meditation you can deepen your practice by receiving advanced techniques. This enables you to experience subtler states in your meditation and integrate this wisdom into your daily life. An advanced technique may expand on your existing mantra or involve learning a new method of using the mantra. If you feel charmed, you can receive an advanced technique every 6-12 months.
Vedic rounding
Rounding is an advanced practice that is designed to deepen your meditation experience. It creates deep rest for the whole system so you can release deeper stress and fatigue stored in the body. It is a sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breath work) and meditation to drop you into profound rest and relaxation. Rounding is a powerful practice that super charges your meditation to help you become less stressed and experience greater flow. Once you learn how to round you can do it at home as part of your regular meditation routine. If at any time you need a refresher you can join a rounding workshop and jump back in. We also offer rounding retreats which give you the opportunity to take a deep dive into your unbounded nature.
